Luke Rivera is a dedicated and driven individual currently shaping his future in the world of business.

Luke graduated from Urbana High School in 2023, where he was an active member of the National Honor Society. This experience instilled in him a strong sense of leadership and academic excellence. While also being a active member of the NHS, he also played for the school’s Varsity Baseball team. He is currently pursuing his studies at Frederick Community College, with plans to transfer to the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business to further his education in business and finance.

Luke's journey in the professional world began with an internship as an intern in place of an Accounts Payable Clerk at Wormald Home Construction. This role provided him with valuable insights into the construction industry and the importance of financial accuracy and efficiency.

He is currently interning at JMR Benefit Strategies, where he is gaining hands-on experience in the health insurance sector. This role has broadened his understanding of employee benefits and the intricacies of health insurance, aligning perfectly with his career aspirations.

Luke is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the business world, particularly in the areas of finance and health insurance. His educational and professional experiences have equipped him with a robust foundation to achieve these goals.

In addition to his professional and academic pursuits, Luke Rivera is an active youth leader and member of the worship team at the Church of the Redeemer, where he mentors and guides young members of the community. In his free time, Luke enjoys staying active by going to the gym and participating in various recreational sports, keeping both his body and mind in peak condition.
