Maureen Rivera

Maureen plays an integral role at JMR, providing daily support to the partners we serve with dedication and efficiency.  Known for her personable nature, Maureen thrives on interacting with clients from diverse professional backgrounds and guiding them through the often-stressful process of finding the right coverage.   

With a background in pediatric nursing, Maureen brings a unique perspective to her role, understanding both the healthcare and employer sides of the equation.  She is acutely aware of the importance of having the right benefits and works diligently to ensure her clients are well-informed about their options, enabling them to make educated decisions. She is deeply passionate about her work and takes pride in resolving complex issues and the daily needs of her clients promptly and efficiently. 

 In her personal time, Maureen enjoys cheering on her three children in their sports, musical, and academic pursuits, cooking for family and friends, and discovering the next great novel to read.
